Who am I?
Surprisingly, non a professional chef or someone who has worked in restaurants.
My deep love for Italian food has deep roots in my travelling for working in Puglia or in my relations in Romagna. My memories of home made cooking in my grandmother’s kitchen have made me who I am.
I am a connoisseur who doesn’t think twice about travelling miles to find the best quality tortellini. I care about the difference between a buffalo mozzarella from Caserta or Salerno.
My desire is to create a restaturant, with Leonardo, where it is a pure pleasure to eat and drink for everyone.
